Registration

• Cascade Range Sponsor – $5,000.00
  At the Cascade level you will be able to host an exhibit table during the symposium and will also be invited to present a topic of your choice during the symposium for approximately 30 minutes. You will have 4 exhibitor badges.
• Olympic Range Donor – $10,000.00
  As an Olympic level donor your company be able to present during a one hour lunch symposium. There will only be one lunch symposium offered. Lunch will be provided by the Foundation.
  
  As a sponsor you may schedule a speaker or present a product during lunch. AV support is provided. We anticipate 50 attendees.
  
  You will also be able to host a static table in the vendor area throughout the symposium and will have 4 exhibitor badges.
• Twin Peaks Sponsorship – $2,000.00
  Please consider sponsoring the residency with a vendor table. You may have 2 vendors present at the table. Registration includes breakfast & lunch during the research symposium.
