MAMC Annual Educational Symposium

Registration

• 1 Star Sponsorship/ Exhibit Registration – $5,000.00
  Please consider sponsoring at the 1 Star Level. This will of course include a 6x6 table and 2 chairs during the symposium. At the 1 Star level you would also be invited to exhibit during 2 additional events during the academic year (either 2 Journal Clubs or 1 Journal Club and 1 lab).
• Active Duty – $50.00
• Civilian Attendee – $100.00
  Former residents, staff, civilian partners and allied health professionals are invited to attend the 2024 Madigan Orthopedic Education Day. Your registration fee covers the cost of your breakfast, lunch and dinner at the Raniers Game.
• Exhibitor Lunch Symposium – $5,000.00
  The Madigan Orthopedic Foundation would like to offer one lunch symposium.
  
  As an exhibitor with the lunch symposium you would have 45 minutes to present techniques/products to the attendees during lunch.
  
  You would also have a 6x6 static display table with 2 chairs during the educational symposium.
• Exhibitor Registration/ Corporate Sponsorship – $2,000.00
  Please consider exhibiting at the Madigan Orthopedic Education Day.
  
  Your exhibit fee will include a 6x6 exhibit space during the educational day with 2 chairs.
  
  All exhibitors will be in the presentation room with the attendees. We anticipate 60 residents, staff, and allied health professionals to attend.
  
  Breakfast, lunch, coffee and snacks are included in the exhibit fee for 2 exhibitors.
  
  As a Corporate Sponsor you be provided the opportunity to participate and sponsor different events throughout the 2024/2025 Academic Year
• Lifetime Member Registration
  If you are a lifetime member of the Madigan Orthopaedic Foundation you may register with no additional donation. Thank you for your generous support of the Madigan Orthopedic Residency

  Orthopedic Residents in training and medical students are invited to attend at no cost.
